S Yogindunath is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a degree in law from the MG University and studied in Govt Law College Ernakulam. 

He began his career as Company Secretary of Indiavision Satellite Communications Ltd, the then leading news channel in Kerala and was involved right from the beginning of the Channel. He was one of the pillars of Indiavision which was painstakingly built from the scratch. He relinquished the post of CS of Indiavision in early 2006 after an eventful career of 5 years. 

From 2006 March onwards till January 2010, he was the Manager of MCA21 project for the state of Kerala. He has successfully handled the operations of this project right from beginning and solved complaints from various stakeholders in an effective manner. 

He has also presented several papers on e-filing on various forums of ICAI and ICSI. He is also the Co-Founder and Director of M/s. Directus Consultants Private Limited, and is currently a Partner of M/s. BVR & Associates Company Secretaries LLP.

He regularly appears at National Company Law Tribunal for various matters.
